About Us
Carey Crain, Co-President
Carey graduated from Mustang High School in 2005 and went on to excel at various levels. He excelled as an All-Conference player at Eastern Oklahoma State Junior College and participated in the NAIA World Series in 2008 at Oklahoma City University. In 2009, at Northwood University in Texas, Carey became a College All-American and broke two school records.
Throughout high school and college, Carey was a versatile two-way player, known for his proficiency in both pitching and hitting.
After a brief stint in the corporate world, Carey realized his true calling in baseball. Since 2014, he's been coaching in California and has been providing private lessons and leading an elite 18U travel team. He now operates his own baseball academy, The Farm Baseball Academy in Bakersfield, California.
In 2014, he ventured into the recruiting space, gaining valuable experience and connections. He has helped over 200 players find their college homes. He's now focused on growing The Advantage Athletic Recruiting, aiming to assist more aspiring athletes in finding their collegiate homes.

Garrett Crain, Co-President
Graduated from Edmond Santa Fe High school in 2011 with 0 scholarship offers from 4-year schools. Deciding to attend a nearby junior college, Rose State, was the best decision Garrett could have made. Garrett started in the infield and was All Conference in 2012 and 2013.
The switch hitter signed to play at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth under Jim Schlossnagle (Texas A&M Head Coach), Bill Mosiello (Ohio State Head Coach) and Kirk Saarloos (TCU Head Coach). His junior season saw him lead the BIG XII Championship team in hitting for the year, earning All Conference honors before appearing in the College World Series in Omaha.

Garrett now lives near Oklahoma City with his wife.
